Click New Client Form to print out an information form to fax back to us or bring along when you drop off.  It will save you time and ensure that we have all the required information on you and your pet/s.

Please provide your veterinarian’s name and a copy of your pet’s vaccinations when you bring the pet to the facility.  If you do not have proof in writing, we will need your veterinarian’s name/clinic name and phone number.  IF WE CANNOT VERIFY THESE VACCINATIONS OVER THE PHONE, WE WILL GIVE THE APPROPRIATE VACCINATIONS AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE – NO EXCEPTIONS!  (Pre-vaccination exam required)

 A consent form must be signed each time and the services requested must be initialed.  An emergency phone number must be listed.  Please inform us of any changes in address, phone, pet’s status or veterinarian as soon as possible.

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT TOYS, BLANKETS, BEDS OR CARRIERS.  We provide freshly laundered blankets daily.

We try our best to keep your pet's articles together, but sometimes items become damaged, dirty, or lost.  Toys cannot be left in kennels without supervision and can only be used during playtimes.   WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REIMBURSE FOR LOST TOYS, BLANKETS OR ANY OTHER ARTICLES.

You may bring your pet’s food if it is in measured containers (ex: ziplock bags), but please bring only enough for your pet’s stay (no 50# bags please!). We provide Eukanuba Low Residue food for dogs and Iams Adult Cat food for cats.

 If your pet is on medications, please bring written instructions for the caretakers to follow.  There is an additional charge for medicating. (up to two meds/two times a day is an additional $2 per time.  Additional meds at additional fees).

 EXPRESS CHECK-IN/OUT IS AVAILABLE:

Give us all appropriate pet information, credit card number, expiration date, and we can have all charges totaled when you come in.  You can drop off your pet, sign the credit card slip, and be on your way in minutes.  Give us a call approximately one hour before you want to pick up, and your pet will be ready and waiting for you!

 ADD ON SERVICES WE PROVIDE: (additional charges apply)

 Playtime/TLC  - play with other prescreened boarders (all pets must be spayed/neutered and parasite free to participate), or play with one of our caretakers.

Doggie Day Camp/Boarding Combo - Your dog can participate in camp during the day and board overnight for a special rate. 

Get the best of both worlds!

Complete Grooming - an appointment must be scheduled with one of our groomers.

Bath – bath and blow dry only can be done by our caretakers (nail trim, brushing, ear cleaning are an extra charge).

Veterinary services – scheduled with one of our staff veterinarians. 

Special drop-offs and pick-ups – during other than regular hours – must  be prepaid and prearranged.

Multiple Pet Discount – each additional pet boarding in the same kennel will receive a $2.00 a day discount.

Discounted Boarding Bath – with three or more days of regular boarding. (Excluded: Doggie Day Camp participants)

• FM music is played in the kennel areas.

• Pets have water at all times.

• Pets are fed according to the client’s request.  We recommend that you bring your own food so it is less stressful for your pet.

• All dogs are let our for exercise four to five times a day.
