Dr. David Allard is the head honcho here at Pahle Clinic.

He purchased the clinic from the original owner, Dr. Ray Pahle, back in 1992.  Dr. Allard has made many improvements since that time and continues to make Pahle Small Animal Clinic one of the best in the area by keeping a well-trained, quality staff as well as the latest technology available.

Robin Zimdars - Office Manager

Cathy Roloff - Practice Manager

Kim Miller, CVT (with Bosco and Groovy), is our technician and vet assistant team leader.  Kim has been with us since 2000 and has taken our technical staff to a whole new level of quality an organization.  She has developed individual and group training programs as well as working as a liaison between the staff, veterinarians and management. Teresa Dobrowski (with Abby), is our receptionist team leader.  Teresa started working at the clinic part-time during high school back in 1999.  She worked all through college, majoring in business, and is now working full time on her way to practice management.  Teresa is now taking continuing education classes on veterinary management and client service.

Shana Gordon (with Cooper, one of our Doggie Day Campers), has been with us since September 2004.  She began as an overall fill in for reception and boarding, but soon became our boarding team leader.  Shana takes care of all aspects of our boarding, grooming and doggie day camp activities as well as staffing.  This is no small chore since our day camp has grown from about 10 dogs per day to close to 40 and our staff has grown from 3 to 12!
