Endoscopy and Laparoscopy is minimally invasive surgery .  Small incisions are made and a small camera on the end of a probe is put through the incision to look at organs and take tissue samples to be sent out to a lab for further testing.  Tumors can be identified and a treatment protocol can be set up once we know what the diagnosis and prognosis is without doing a major surgical procedure.
